What’s the Performance Care Plan?
At its simplest, it’s one or two sessions per month with a physical therapist who understands how you train. Each visit builds on the last with things like movement assessments, dry needling, and a plan that actually fits your lifting or running
But the real value is consistency.
Instead of waiting until something hurts, you’re making small adjustments along the way. You’re getting feedback on how your body is responding. You’re staying ahead of problems instead of reacting to them.
You also have access to the MoveRx gym, where you’re not just working out, you’re moving with intention and guidance when needed.

The Performance Care Plan gives you consistent, hands-on support without overcomplicating your training.
Each month includes one or two one-hour sessions with a physical therapist, depending on the option you choose
Inside those sessions, you can expect:
Movement assessments for lifting and running
Targeted treatment like dry needling or manual therapy when needed
A custom home exercise plan that actually fits your training
Adjustments based on how your body is responding week to week
You also get access to the MoveRx gym during set hours, so you’re not just working out on your own. You have a space where movement quality matters and help is there if you need it
